there has been alot of issues with attitudes with certain pros in the past few years and alfano has been involved with alot of these incidents of acting like a total childish prick. it seems that he has dug a hole so deep that i doubt he will ever get out of this time. sure he’s good but that doesn’t give one carte blanche to chest jojo who put in a hell of alot of man hours and money in putting on a sick yearly event. it seems this latest behaviour has cost him, his place on the rb pro team. we are rollerbladers not rockstars, so stop with the shitty attitudes. anyway check this video.

over and out, the ferg.

Word. Winterclash should have been called Wintergash! If you’ve been rollerblading for more than two minutes then you know that pretty much every skate comp is bullshit and that real point of them is NOT the competing but the vibe of the gathering. Competing only really matters to a handful of pros who actually make a living out of rollerblading. I can guarantee that 99% couldn’t give a shit who won and where just stocked to watch the skating and hang out with mates in a cool city. Let me make one thing clear, winterclash as an event is amazing, the competition side of it is shit, but nobody cares about that so it doesn’t matter. If it was really about the competing then they would have hired some competent judges and not the charlatans that were there. Seriously, I think B Smith and Stockwell where probably the only people who did proper lines. Actually.. Wagner too! Im over this as I write, you all get the idea.

I thought I’d already posted this up but I’d obviously completely forgotten. My buddy Paul Crook had a small show at the Brickhouse gallery. Unfortunately the show is long over, but I thought I’d share the pictures with you anyway.
